The Icelandic Association of Women Entrepreneurs recently awarded Stiki for employing women in senior management postions. Four of five Managing Directors at Stiki are women.

"It is just a coincidence that Stiki has four women as managers. We have always had the policy of hiring the most qualified individual in each position, and so it happens that in our case there are allot of women" says Svana
