A large aspect of implementing effective organisational systems in organisations and institutions is to record and analyse the processes and standard operating procedures used. On the one hand, processes and procedures are defined by the quality standard ISO 9001:2008 or the security standards ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and ISO/IEC 27002:2005.
